Expectations
A successful candidate will have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Being the main point of contact for assigned projects
- Responsible for marketplace growth strategies focusing on PPC and DSP across all brands
- Responsible for search engine optimization and strategies driving ranking, tracking results, and actively experimenting in the platform.
- Managing client relationships through timely deployment of deliverables associated with strategies for partner accounts
- Proactively coming up with creative solutions that are tailored to each partners’ unique challenges and goals
- Foster rapport during routine interaction with partners through all forms of communications
- The ability to coordinate several projects at the same time while maintaining clear communications, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify new opportunities for our partners’ growth as well as new services for existing markets
- Educate our partners on KPIs, interpreting trends, and making recommendations based on marketplace data
Responsibilities
As an Advertising Manager, you will be in charge of leading a team that can implement the right strategies to meet our partners’ goals; effective and efficient internal operations focusing on reporting and general deliverables, clear and concise communications between internal and external partners, and participation in the blog and future marketing efforts contributing to industry-leading strategies, best practices, and innovation in the eco-system.
Your responsibilities will involve but are not limited to:
- Ensure routine reporting on internal and external KPIs are being communicated externally and internally.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric, results-based departmental culture.
- Support the sales team with audits, case studies, insights, and training to ensure the sales team is accurately representing the advertising department and attracting the right partners.
- Develop talent and work collaboratively leading the formulation of effective advertisement strategies, best practices, and category-specific solutions.
- Develop new ways to navigate market shifts and competitive challenges, identifying opportunities for our partners to invest and grow on Amazon
- Responsible for retailer growth on all marketplaces by working closely with internal teams
- Own advertising management by tracking, strategizing, and forecasting for our partners.
- Analysis of weekly/monthly sales and traffic/conversion data by providing reports and perspective
- Planned and executed various marketing tactics and promotions
- Staying current on marketplace news, policies, and events to remain current in our industry
Qualifications
- 3+ years eCommerce experience
- 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- A strong client service mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skill
- Organized
- Team player
- Ability to multitask
- Can take direction and provide direction
- Ability to adjust to the ever-changing digital marketplaces
- Desire to test and learn new tools and technologies
