Expectations
A successful Advertising Specialist at BellaVix will:
Advertising Execution & Optimization
- Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Execute bid management strategies to improve ACOS and maximize ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign refinements.
- Implement ongoing campaign optimizations based on data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities for budget allocation and bid adjustments to maximize efficiency.
Strategic Growth & Problem-Solving
- Identify advertising trends and campaign performance opportunities.
- Troubleshoot ad-related issues and push for resolutions when needed.
- Experiment with new strategies and test different campaign structures.
- Track and analyze KPIs, click-through rates, conversion rates, and audience insights.
- Stay up to date on Amazon Advertising policies, features, and best practices.
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare and update reports on campaign performance for internal teams and clients.
- Add insights and strategic recommendations to advertising reports.
- Clearly communicate data-driven findings in client meetings and internal discussions.
- Collaborate with Marketplace Specialists and Strategists to align advertising strategies with broader account goals.
Professionalism & Team Collaboration
- Be proactive in sharing insights, ideas, and best practices.
- Take ownership of daily tasks and maintain accountability for results.
- Work in a remote environment effectively, demonstrating discipline and organization.

Language & Technical Proficiency
- C1-C2 English proficiency required—clear written and verbal communication is essential.
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising Console and PPC management tools (e.g., Pacvue, Helium 10, Perpetua) is a plus.
Responsibilities
As an Advertising Specialist, you will manage Amazon and Walmart ad campaigns to help clients grow their sales.
✅ Campaign Management & Optimization
- Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC and Walmart ad campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and audience segmentation.
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize performance.
✅ Performance Tracking & Strategy
- Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to refine strategies.
- Identify campaign trends and make recommendations based on data insights.
- Work with the internal team to align advertising with overall account strategy.
✅ Reporting & Client Communication
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with performance insights.
- Offer strategic recommendations based on advertising data.
- Contribute to team discussions and knowledge sharing to improve ad management across the agency.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Amazon experience, with at least 1+ year in Amazon PPC advertising.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Experience with keyword research, bid management, and ad campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Strong written and verbal English skills (C1-C2 proficiency required).
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Amazon Advertising Certification or Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with Walmart Connect, DSP advertising, or additional PPC platforms.
- Familiarity with Perpetua, Pacvue, Helium 10, or other PPC management tools.
