BellaVix is a leading marketplace management company focused on driving sales and revenue growth for our organization. We seek an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our sales initiatives.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue for BellaVix. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

As a key ambassador of our brand, you will align your efforts with our messaging and values, showcasing the unique value proposition of BellaVix to potential clients.

Expectations

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Identify and qualify inbound leads, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead-generation activities such as webinars, blogs, case studies, and white papers.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, including sending proposals and contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Actively establish partnerships with affiliates and complementary businesses to expand our network and reach.
  • Create marketing opportunities for the CEO and team members through relationship building, including guest posts, podcasts, webinars, and in-person events.
  • Engage with online communities by providing valuable insights and best practices to support online sellers.
  • Identify potential partnerships with businesses offering complementary products or services.
  • Proactively invite targets, prospects, and industry professionals to workshops and webinars to showcase BellaVix's expertise.
  • Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn and other social media outlets to generate awareness of BellaVix's services and drive eCommerce education, particularly in the realm of Amazon.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiating and closing sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Representing BellaVix at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our network and promote our services.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within an agency or eCommerce solution space.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience with lead generation strategies and implementation, preferably with knowledge of HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
