Expectations
A successful Marketplace Specialist at BellaVix will:
- Be available Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM US EST, ensuring responsiveness across Slack, email, and project management tools.
- Embody a team mentality—we are looking for team players who contribute to a culture of collaboration, share knowledge, and help each other succeed.
- C1-C2 English proficiency required—clear written and verbal communication is essential.
- Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketplace management, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Consistently update performance reports and add insights to help guide strategic decisions.
- Take ownership of routine audits, identifying opportunities for listing improvements and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy and resolving potential issues before they escalate.
- Open and manage support cases with Amazon/Walmart, proactively resolving account health concerns.
- Push Amazon Support to resolve issues—we do not take "no" for an answer from Amazon support. We escalate, troubleshoot, and push for solutions rather than waiting around for someone to tell us what to do.
- Maintain high-quality customer service, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution for our partners.
- Engage in thought leadership by contributing to the company blog and sharing eCommerce insights.
- Actively participate in team calls, contributing to discussions, asking questions, and offering insights.
- Self-educate on industry trends and new marketplace policies, bringing valuable knowledge to the team.
- Approach challenges with a solution-driven mindset—we expect creative problem-solving, not excuses.
- Be comfortable working in a remote environment, demonstrating self-discipline, time management, and accountability.

Responsibilities
As a Marketplace Specialist, you will execute various tasks associated with selling on large marketplaces. Your responsibilities will include:
Marketplace Management & Reporting
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with key performance insights.
- Identify trends and suggest data-driven improvements for optimization.
✅ Product Listings & Catalog Management
- Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon and Walmart product listings via flat files and manual uploads.
- Conduct routine listing audits to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Ensure all listings meet Amazon/Walmart compliance requirements.
✅ A/B Testing & Content Optimization
- Perform ongoing split testing on product titles, bullet points, and descriptions to improve conversions.
- Update and enhance A+ Content, storefronts, and product images for better customer engagement.
✅ Inventory & Operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts.
- Troubleshoot suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and order fulfillment issues.
✅ Support Case Management & Problem-Solving
- Open and manage support cases with Amazon and Walmart to resolve listing suppressions, policy violations, and other marketplace issues.
- Do not accept “no” from Amazon Support—escalate cases, push for solutions, and work to get issues resolved efficiently.
✅ Client & Team Communication
- Be client-facing and handle communications with professionalism and confidence.
- Work closely with internal teams, providing updates, recommendations, and strategic input.
- Keep clients informed about changes, challenges, and new opportunities in their accounts.
✅ Thought Leadership & Industry Growth
- Contribute to company blog posts and thought leadership initiatives.
- Participate in team discussions and knowledge sharing to help keep BellaVix ahead of industry trends.

Required Qualifications
As an Advertising Manager, you will be in charge of leading a team that can implement the right strategies to meet our partners’ goals; effective and efficient internal operations focusing on reporting and general deliverables, clear and concise communications between internal and external partners, and participation in the blog and future marketing efforts contributing to industry-leading strategies, best practices, and innovation in the eco-system.
- 1+ years of Amazon/Walmart Marketplace experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for insights.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
- Strong written and verbal English skills (C1-C2 proficiency required).
- Background in customer service or account management is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment with minimal supervision.
