Request to Remove Meltable FBA Inventory by April 15

  • To meet product quality standards during the warm summer months, Amazon won’t accept meltable inventory at our fulfillment centers between April 15 and October 15, 2023. Meltable refers to all heat-sensitive products, such as chocolate, gummies, and select jelly- and wax-based products. Meltable products that are stored or arrive to fulfillment centers after April 14, 2023, will be disposed of for a fee. To avoid disposal, you can either submit removal orders or aim to liquidate your meltable inventory before April 15 by running sales.

Diverse On-Model Apparel Imagery for Better Representation of Amazon Customers

Diverse On-Model Apparel Imagery for Better Representation of Amazon Customers

  • Amazon will start adding new imagery to some adult apparel product detail pages on March 31, 2023, to diversify models’ representation of people and reflect our customers.  This new feature adds on-model imagery to the detail page for select ASINs in the Apparel Category at no additional cost for sellers. On mobile Amazon is increasing the number of available image blocks to 10 so that as many as three curated images can be featured without supplanting any existing images. For desktops, the last 1-3 images of the block will not be shown to customers.

Amazon Vine can help you get your first review through Amazon’s community of unbiased and insightful reviewers. Amazon has increased the Vine enrollment cap from 60 to 200, so you can now enroll up to 200 ASINs in the Vine program simultaneously.

Amazon Entirely Scraps Restock Limits: New Streamlined FBA Capacity Management in Effect

  • Effective March 1, 2023, Amazon is replacing the weekly restock limit and quarterly storage limit with a single monthly capacity limit per storage type to give you more predictability and control over your inventory. Amazon’s new FBA capacity management system will give most sellers greater capacity limits, provide more predictability and greater control to get more capacity when sellers need it. These changes provide sellers more visibility and control over capacity limits in order for them to better plan and manage their inventory and supply chain.
