  • To maximize your holiday sales, plan ahead to make sure that your FBA inventory arrives at fulfillment centers on time for Q4 deal events. To stay in stock during holiday deal events, we recommend that your FBA inventory arrives at US fulfillment centers by the following dates:
  • Prime Fall Deal Event: September 12
  • Black Friday and Cyber Monday: October 26
  • It may take longer to ship inventory to fulfillment centers during the busy holiday season. Check your recommended replenishment quantity and plan shipments now to have your most popular products in stock.

New Product Listing Attributes Required for New Listings as of August 16

  • Starting from August 16, 2023, new product listings will need to include 274 specific attributes for 200 different types of products. This change is intended to enhance the customer experience by facilitating easier searches for product information and aiding purchase decisions. The initiative aims to ensure that popular product types have relevant attribute details to assist customers in making informed buying choices. For all new listings of these product types, accurate attribute values are mandatory; otherwise, the products will not be added to the catalog. However, this attribute information is not obligatory for existing active listings. If you wish to publish an inactive listing, you can update the required attributes by going to the Manage Inventory section. To address any issues related to listing errors, you can refer to the Error code explanations provided.

 Create Customized Promo Codes With Brand Tailored Promotions  

  • Amazon has introduced a new feature called Brand Tailored Promotions, exclusive to Amazon, that allows brands to create personalized promo codes for high-intent customers known as Brand Tailored Audiences. These codes offer discounts ranging from 10% to 50%, aiming to expand the customer base, encourage repeat purchases, and enhance customer retention. The feature can be utilized to engage various customer groups including brand followers, potential new customers, repeat customers, high-spend customers, recent customers, and cart abandoners.
