Walmart News: Failed Delivery Fees: Update to the Marketplace Returns Policy
- Effective December 1, 2022, Walmart reserves the right to charge sellers a failed delivery fee for items that are rerouted to Walmart’s Return Centers. A fee of $7.50 will be applicable per package, for all packages rerouted to Walmart’s Return Centers as a result of a failed delivery attempt due to an incomplete or invalid address provided by sellers in the Seller Center.
