Setting Up Business Pricing

There are two methods to set up business pricing on Amazon.

• Business Pricing
• Quantity Discounts

Business Pricing

Sellers can add a business price for business buyers that is lower than the normal price. There are NO minimum order quantity limitations applied for this type of offer. Any business buyer can use this feature.

Quantity Discounts

Sellers can also offer business discounts by setting a minimum order quantity. This can be further divided into tiers.

For example, a seller can set tier 1 as:

• 5% discount for a minimum of 5 units
• 10% discount for a minimum of 10 units and so on

Fixed discounts or percentages:

Sellers also have the option to choose if they want to offer a fixed dollar amount discount or a percentage discounts

For example, a seller can offer:

• $7 off for minimum of 5 units

OR

• 5% off for minimum of 5 units

How to set up business discounts:

First, confirm if you have a registered Business account:

• Login to your seller central account
• Goto Pricing>>Manage Pricing

• On the pricing attribute, either enter a Business Price or add Quantity Discounts.
